How to consume whole ginseng

The whole American ginseng can be consumed by boiling water, steaming, and taking it by mouth.
American ginseng is a traditional Chinese medicine, the root of American ginseng, a plant of the ginseng family of the Wujia family, with a sweet, slightly bitter taste, cool nature, belonging to the lung, heart, kidney and spleen meridians, with the effect of tonifying the qi and nourishing the yin, clearing away heat and generating fluids. 2. Steaming: Cut the whole American ginseng into thin slices, put the appropriate amount into a bowl, put drinking water into soaking American ginseng for 3~5 hours, then put American ginseng into a steamer, steam it under water for about half an hour and then take it after it cools down.
3. Contained: Cut the whole American ginseng into thin slices, steam it in a pot, and then put it into the mouth to contain it when you need to take it.
