Is srulizumab available in China?



Srulizumab has been officially approved for marketing in March 2022.

Srolizumab is indicated for patients with unresectable or metastatic microsatellite highly unstable adult advanced solid tumors, such as patients with advanced gastric cancer who have experienced disease progression after prior second-line therapy and have no suitable alternative treatment options or patients with advanced colorectal cancer who have experienced disease progression after prior oxaliplatin, fluorouracil-based, and irinotecan therapy.

Adverse reactions of this product include elevated aspartate aminotransferase, anemia, proteinuria, elevated alanine aminotransferase, lowered platelet count, lowered white blood cell count, hypoproteinemia, malaise, elevated blood bilirubin, and loss of appetite, etc. This product is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to any of the components in this product.
