The appearance of the above clinical manifestations is most likely due to severe pneumonia, tuberculosis, or lung tumor. If the patient is suffering from severe pneumonia and has the above clinical manifestations, active anti-infection treatment is needed. If the patient is suffering from tuberculosis and has fever and rib pain, anti-tuberculosis treatment such as isoniazid, rifampin, pyrazinamide, streptomycin, etc. is needed. If the patient is suffering from fever as well as rib pain due to lung tumor, anti-tumor therapy such as surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or target cell drug therapy is needed. The most common cause is severe pneumonia irritating the pleura with the above clinical manifestations.
