Slight thickening of the left adrenal union with hypertension and hypokalemia is commonly associated with primary aldosteronism. Commonly used treatments are surgery, medication and so on. Primary aldosteronism, referred to as primary aldosteronism, is due to adrenocortical lesions such as aldosterone tumors, resulting in increased aldosterone secretion. Aldosterone has the physiological effect of sodium retention and potassium excretion, and the clinical manifestations of hypertension and hypokalemia may occur. The radical treatment of aldosterone tumor is surgical resection, and patients who cannot be operated can take oral spironolactone to lower blood pressure and correct hypokalemia according to doctor’s instructions. Of course, there may be other causes, it is recommended to go to a specialized hospital for examination and treatment.
