For the examination of kidney function, it is mainly detected by three methods: 1, check the urine routine. In the early stage of kidney disease, often the first manifestation of the abnormalities of urine test, there will be positive urine protein, occult blood, which should be alert to kidney disease.2, check kidney function. Blood test for creatinine and urea, often in the middle stage of kidney disease, there will be abnormalities in kidney function.3. Check the imaging tests such as renal ultrasound or renal CT. In the advanced stage of kidney disease, there will be imaging changes such as narrowing of kidney shape, structural disorder, and unclear corticomedullary demarcation. If these tests are normal, kidney disease can be ruled out. If they are problematic, the cause of kidney disease needs to be further clarified, so as to target the choice of treatment program. Usually pay attention to a light diet, do not eat too much meat, low-salt, low-fat, high-quality protein diet as a principle, to avoid increasing the burden on the kidneys.
