Total hysterectomy of the cervix with high squamous intraepithelial lesion can be a good treatment, but the intraepithelial lesion belongs to pre-cancerous lesion, and the cervix needs to be examined again after the excision, and the final result will be based on the postoperative pathology. If the patient has fertility requirements, cervical conization surgery can be adopted, and the postoperative pathology of the conization is also needed to further analyze whether there are cancer cells or not. If no cancer cells are found in the above postoperative pathologic tests, the disease will be completely cured. After the operation, the vaginal stump also needs to be rechecked regularly.
