Rich Bun Surgery can be performed either by minimally invasive liposuction or traditional surgical excision, depending on the size of the bun and the individual’s physical tolerance level.
Rich Buns are formed by the accumulation of fatty tissue in the back of the neck and chest, compressing the nerves and cervical vertebrae anteriorly thus causing symptoms. Different surgical procedures are used depending on the severity of the patient’s clinical presentation.
