Usually the reactions after the HFMD vaccine are as follows: 1. The most common reaction is fever, which usually lasts 1~2 days. During fever, children should take rest, drink more water, and take oral antipyretic drugs such as ibuprofen for body temperature above 38.5℃. If the fever does not subside and the spirit is poor, go to the hospital in time to see if it is due to other causes. 2, the local inoculation will appear red, swollen, hard and windy, usually within 3 days will basically disappear. The child’s fatigue, laziness and anorexia are normal reactions to the vaccination. 4. Very few children will have abnormal reactions, such as anaphylaxis, syncope, allergic rash, angioedema and life-threatening systemic infections. Prompt medical attention should be sought.
