Lymphoma Review Program

The review items after lymphoma treatment mainly include blood sampling examination and imaging examination. Blood tests mainly include routine blood test, liver and kidney function, blood biochemistry, etc. Especially, we should pay attention to reviewing serum and lactate dehydrogenase concentration, because lactate dehydrogenase concentration is an independent prognostic factor of lymphoma, and the concentration can predict the patient’s response to the treatment and possible survival time, and also reflect the number of tumor cells in the patient’s body. Imaging examination is mainly CT, magnetic resonance and other examinations, if the economic conditions allow, it is best to do whole-body PET-CT scanning, which is a kind of whole-body tumor functional imaging, with high sensitivity and specificity, and can clearly see which part of the body still has residual lymphoma foci.
