Care of the thrombolytic patient

The care of thrombolyzed patients is mainly noted within 24 hours of thrombolysis and is not the same as the care of other patients with cerebral infarction. The patient needs absolute bed rest, but the bed rest mentioned is to be able to turn over and knock on the back with the assistance of family members to avoid pressure sores and crushing pneumonia. Diet should be as light as possible to avoid choking and avoid grease. Blood pressure also needs attention. High pressure should not exceed 180mmHg, low pressure should not exceed 110mmHg, and avoid indwelling gastric tube or urinary catheter within 24 hours. Generally, 24 hours after thrombolysis, the doctor will review the head CT, if the head CT excludes intracranial hemorrhage, its care is the same as other general cerebral infarction patients.
