Why is the bowel too hard anal protrusion

Patients push too hard when defecating, which can lead to increased pressure in the abdominal cavity. If there is an external protrusion at the anus there are the following two situations: one, the one considered is that there is an internal hemorrhoid prolapse, second degree, third degree and fourth degree internal hemorrhoids will have hemorrhoids prolapse when the patient’s abdominal pressure increases. Second degree internal hemorrhoids can retract on their own after prolapsing, third degree internal hemorrhoids need to be returned by hand after prolapsing, and fourth degree internal hemorrhoids cannot be returned by hand after prolapsing. Second, consider having a rectal prolapse, mainly because the patient’s anus is loose, plus the rectal wall or rectal mucosa is detached from the rectal muscle layer. During forceful defecation, the pressure in the abdominal cavity increases leading to prolapse from the anus. Both of the following cases need to be treated by surgery. Removal of the protruding internal hemorrhoid, fixation of the prolapse-prone rectum by injection of sclerosing agent, other surgical methods. Patients need to change their lifestyle to avoid prolonged bowel movements squatting toilets and avoid strenuous activities.
