Its treatment is based on local treatment, supplemented by systemic treatment. It is recommended that patients go to the hospital dermatology department in time to clear the wound, using surgical methods to remove all the local necrotic tissues, and then rinse with saline, the general healing cycle is relatively long. Patients should pay attention to not unauthorized use of drugs to clean bedsore wounds, in order to prevent infection. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the skin around the wound is clean and dry, and air cushions can be used in the pressure area. If the wound is not accompanied by other diseases, life expectancy is usually not affected. If the patient is accompanied by diabetes and other underlying diseases, they need to be actively treated so as not to affect the therapeutic effect and aggravate the condition. Decubitus ulcer patients need to pay attention to replenish enough protein and vitamins, avoid spicy stimulation, fat, sweet and greasy food, keep the bed sheets clean and hygienic, and ventilate the indoor environment more.
