The heart may remodel after a heart attack. If cardiac remodeling occurs, it may lead to heart failure, ventricular wall tumor, heart valve insufficiency and other diseases.
1. Heart failure: Myocardial infarction often causes remodeling of the myocardial structure, which increases the burden on the heart, dilates the ventricles, and eventually leads to heart failure.
2. Ventricular wall tumor: If myocardial infarction leads to necrosis of a part of myocardial cells, myocardial damage will occur, which will lead to inconsistency of movement between necrotic cells and the surrounding normal cells, and ultimately lead to the emergence of ventricular wall tumor.
3. Heart Valve Closure Insufficiency: Myocardial infarction often causes papillary muscle injury, tendon rupture, resulting in heart valve closure insufficiency.
If a patient has a myocardial infarction, he should go to the hospital in time and listen to the scientific diagnosis and treatment program of professional doctors, and should not take it lightly so as not to delay the condition.
