Left ventricular hypervoltage in sinus rhythm is a diagnostic of electrocardiography and is categorized as physiologic and pathologic. Physiologic left ventricular hypervoltage is seen in normal subjects and is considered to be related to chest wall thickness and electrode position shift. Pathologic left ventricular hypervoltage is seen in hypertension, coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, and so on.
Sinus rhythm is the normal rhythm of the heart, left ventricular high voltage, in normal people physical examination of the electrocardiogram is relatively common. It is most commonly seen in young people with long, thin, weak chest walls and does not require treatment if not accompanied by hypertension or left ventricular hypertrophy.
Pathological left ventricular hypervoltage is commonly seen in hypertension and cardiomyopathy, in which case cardiac ultrasound should be performed to clarify the etiology. To control blood pressure, avoid staying up late, do not smoke, drink, avoid eating a high-salt diet, so as not to aggravate the condition.
Sinus rhythm left ventricular high voltage is found, to understand the blood pressure has no abnormalities, and further clarify the cause of the disease.
