NIBP-dia hypotension refers to low blood pressure, specifically when it is measured during nondestructive blood pressure measurement or non-invasive blood pressure measurement. A normal person’s blood pressure should be greater than 90/60 mm Hg. When a person’s blood pressure drops and blood circulation is slow, hypotension is present when measured with a sphygmomanometer. Among them, hypotension can be divided into physiological hypotension and pathological hypotension according to the etiology, physiological hypotension is seen in healthy people and is mostly associated with a lean physique; pathological hypotension is mostly seen in chronic malnutrition, constrictive pericarditis or taking inappropriate antihypertensive drugs, losing a large amount of blood in a short period of time, dehydration infection, etc. Causes can cause a sharp decrease in blood pressure and shock, when the blood pressure is too low or even life-threatening, and should be treated with early pressure-raising treatment. Hypotension caused by thyroid disease and heart disease should be treated promptly for the original cause.
