How to treat depressed scars

There are several kinds of depressed keloid scars: 1, after the formation of keloid scars, the later keloid scars are called atrophic keloid scars, which may be depressed; 2, traumatic or acne-forming depressed keloid scars, which can be solved by minor surgery; 3, large depressed keloid scars, such as the depressed keloid scars formed after making a flap, which is relatively difficult to repair because the muscles, fascial tissues, and the skin are all already gone, and this kind of medically-derived depressed keloid scars is often relatively large, so it is more difficult to repair them. The small traumatic or infected ones can be solved by surgery, and some of them can even be solved by laser treatment. Some of them need to be filled, such as fat filling, and some of them even need to be filled with dermal fat layer, and there are quite a few solutions. It also depends on the area of the scar, which is related to the time of formation of the depressed scar, the area of formation, the cause of formation, and the size of the scar.
