What is the pain in the lower abdomen of women?

Women with abdominal cramps can be seen in the following cases: First, pelvic inflammatory diseases leading to abdominal cramps are the most common in the clinic, accompanied by increased vaginal discharge, lumbar acidity, and even low fever.
