What’s the cause of the pinhole-like holes in your face?

Small pinhole-like holes on the face may be caused by seborrheic dermatitis, folliculitis, acne and other diseases.
1. Seborrheic dermatitis: caused by bad dietary habits, microbial infections, heredity, immune dysfunction and other factors. It is characterized by excessive sebum secretion, flaking, vesicles, oozing, etc., causing patients to have enlarged pores and the symptom of pinhole-like holes on the face.
2. Folliculitis: Folliculitis may be induced by bacterial or fungal infections, decreased immunity of the body, and damage to hair follicles.
