Postoperative follow-up of patients with urethral reconstruction: 1. The catheter was removed 4 weeks after surgery, while cystoscopy was done and the cystostomy tube was replaced. (It requires about cystoscopy, which is done in the operating room). 2.2 weeks after removal of catheter, if urination is clear, urethrography or cystoscopy is feasible, if urethra is clear, cystostomy tube can be removed. 3.After that, outpatient review will be conducted every 2 weeks, and the interval between outpatient reviews will be gradually extended, and finally every six months for a long time. 4.Outpatient review items: urine flow rate, blood routine, urine routine, biochemistry 3+4+12, urological ultrasound, cystoscopy, urethrography, choose one or more according to the situation at that time. 5. Urethral dilatation interval: If the patient’s urine line does not become thin during the dilatation interval, and at the same time the doctor feels no significant contraction in the stenotic segment when dilating the urethra, the dilatation interval can be extended.
