What is the disease of small nodules in the lung tip

Small nodules in the apical lung are pathomorphological features found by imaging, most commonly due to inflammation, more commonly due to infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is also the part of the lung where tuberculosis occurs, and can be completely cured by anti-tuberculosis treatment. If the nodule is isolated in the apical part of the lung and there are no other small nodules, if it develops for a long time and continues to grow, cancerous lesions, such as bronchopulmonary cancer, should be suspected. Respiratory secretions and small nodules in the apical part of the lung can be taken for biopsy and pathogenic culture to clarify the cause.
