The anastomotic titanium staple usually falls off without any characteristic precursor. In some patients, it may fall off after the appearance of redness, swelling and tingling at the surgical site, or it may fall off on its own without any symptom in daily life. There are many types of anastomoses such as skin anastomoses, vascular anastomoses and circumcisers. Take circumciser as an example: edema and inflammation around the anastomosis nail gradually dissipate, the surrounding tissue heals through repair, and scar tissue is formed at the attachment of the titanium nail. Postoperative 2~4 weeks trauma gradually healing, with the ischemic mechanization of the keloid gradually fall off, some patients appear keloid swelling and pain, itching, titanium nail loosening occurs after falling off. Patients who closed the surgical wound by anastomosis do not need to be anxious after surgery, and the titanium nails will generally fall off one by one with the gradual healing of the wound. If the patient does a good job of disinfecting the wound, the titanium staple will fall off gradually at 4 weeks after the surgery.
