When a patient has benign tumor of vulva, he can find a mass with clear boundary, intact shape and envelope, and slow growth; malignant tumor is usually nodular or cauliflower-shaped, with blurred demarcation with surrounding tissues and faster growth. If malignant tumor is accompanied by lymph node metastasis, patients can find enlarged and fixed lymph nodes in the groin. To determine the benign and malignant nature of vulvar tumors, patients should go to a specialized hospital and undergo corresponding pathological examination.
