There is no fastest and best way to strengthen the spleen and stomach. It is recommended to take single-flavored Chinese medicines, Chinese herbal tonics or proprietary Chinese medicines to strengthen the spleen and stomach and relieve the symptoms.
1. Single-flavored Chinese medicines: such as fried malt, atractylodes macrocephala, Poria, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Chinese yam, Radix et Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.
