Zocor, commonly known as Daltuzumab Injection, is often used in combination with other medications for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma, and has been shown to be effective. Daltolizumab can be used in combination with lenalidomide capsules and dexamethasone tablets or with bortezomib for injection, melphalan hydrochloride for injection, and prednisolone acetate injection for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who are not candidates for autologous stem cell transplantation. According to the global study Global Clinical Study MMY3008, the risk of disease progression or death was reduced by about 44% or so in patients who received the treatment. According to the Asia-Pacific clinical study MMY3011, the risk of disease progression or death in patients receiving treatment can be reduced by approximately 57%. According to the Chinese clinical study MMY3009, the risk of disease progression or death in treated patients was reduced by approximately 72%. Therefore, dalteplumab injection is effective in the treatment of multiple myeloma in combination with other drugs. Adverse drug reactions include rash, diarrhea, and pancytopenia, and the drug is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to the product and have severe liver or kidney impairment. Multiple myeloma is usually difficult to treat and has a poor prognosis. However, if standardized treatment and medication can be carried out in time under the guidance of doctors, some patients can get better treatment results and prolong their life.
