What to do if you can’t cut through multiple lung nodule surgery

Surgery for multiple pulmonary nodules cannot be cut through, and regular follow-ups are needed to check whether the lesions are benign or malignant, and to actively treat the primary disease. Common treatment modalities are drug therapy, interventional therapy, radiotherapy and so on. 1. Drug therapy: if the multiple pulmonary nodules are caused by pneumonia and tuberculosis, drug therapy can be used. Pneumonia can be decided according to the type of pathogenic bacteria, ceftriaxone can be taken for pneumonia caused by bacterial infection; tuberculosis can be taken as anti-tuberculosis drugs such as isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, streptomycin and so on, and glucocorticosteroids can be used to treat the severe cases. 2. Interventional therapy: radiofrequency ablation is a kind of minimally invasive interventional surgery, which is suitable for small lung nodules of 6-8mm. After CT positioning, a 2-3mm puncture needle is used to reach the center of the nodule through skin puncture, which will make the diseased tissues denatured and necrotic, and it can be used for cancerous, precancerous lesions and atypical hyperplasia, and it is especially suitable for small nodules with multiple occurrences. 3. Radiotherapy: Radiotherapy can be used for malignant nodules. Radiotherapy uses radiation to kill cancer cells, which can inhibit the development of tumor and prevent its spread. Common chemotherapy drugs include cisplatin and paclitaxel. If it is benign lesion after examination, it can be observed temporarily and reviewed regularly; if it is malignant nodule after examination and there are targeted drugs, it can be selected targeted therapy and combined with immunotherapy, do not use drugs on your own during the period of treatment, so as to avoid delaying the condition, and it should be standardized under the guidance of doctors.
