Laparoscopic drain wound with white may be subcutaneous fascial tissue, secretion, etc..
1. Subcutaneous fascial tissue: after laparoscopy, a small incision will be made in the lower part of the wound to place the drainage tube, so the subcutaneous fascia will be gradually wrapped and blocked at the root of the drainage tube under repeated stimulation of the drainage tube, presenting a white soft material. Generally, the white soft material will disappear after the drainage tube is removed and the incision is healed.
2. Secretion: If the white material at the wound of laparoscopic drain is liquid or purulent, it belongs to the secretion at the mouth of drain, which may be formed by the stimulation of tissue secretion by the drain, or purulent secretion caused by infection. Biochemical examination of the secretion is needed to clarify and treat accordingly.
