Pale nose color is one of the symptoms of anemia. Anemia is a pathological condition in which the amount of hemoglobin, red blood cell count and red blood cell pressure volume per unit volume of circulating blood is lower than normal. The following diseases are the causes of pale nose: 1. Hookworm disease Hookworm disease is a disease caused by hookworms parasitizing the human small intestine. The main clinical manifestations are anemia, malnutrition, gastrointestinal dysfunction, and in severe cases, developmental disorders and cardiac insufficiency. 2. Hypersplenism Hypersplenism (referred to as hypersplenism) is a syndrome of splenomegaly and hematocrit reduction caused by different diseases. The clinical manifestations are splenomegaly, one or more kinds of hematocrit reduction, and corresponding proliferation of bone marrow hematopoietic cells, which can be relieved by splenectomy. Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China, and its incidence rate is the first among all kinds of tumors in China, about 170,000 people die from gastric cancer every year, almost 1/4 of all malignant tumor deaths, and more than 20,000 new gastric cancer patients are produced every year. 4.Peptic ulcer Peptic ulcer mainly refers to the chronic ulcer in stomach and duodenum, which is a common disease. There are various factors in the formation of ulcers, among which the digestive effect of acidic gastric juice on the mucosa is the basic factor in the formation of ulcers, hence the name. The majority of ulcers occur in the duodenum and stomach in any part where acidic gastric juice is in contact, such as the lower esophagus, anastomosis after gastrointestinal anastomosis, jejunum and Meckel’s diverticulum with ectopic gastric mucosa, so it is also called gastric and duodenal ulcer. 5, malabsorption syndrome Malabsorption syndrome is a syndrome caused by malabsorption of nutrients from the small intestine for various reasons. The absorption of nutrients must undergo adequate digestion. Therefore, a broad sense of malabsorption syndrome including indigestion and malabsorption, so also known as “digestive malabsorption syndrome”. Many diseases can cause this syndrome, but their clinical manifestations and laboratory findings are often similar. Malabsorption includes a variety of nutrients, including fat absorption disorders are the most characteristic. 6, leukemia Leukemia is a class of malignant clonal diseases of hematopoietic stem cells. Clonal leukemia cells accumulate in the bone marrow and other hematopoietic tissues because of mechanisms such as uncontrolled proliferation, impaired differentiation, and blocked apoptosis, and infiltrate other tissues and organs, while normal hematopoiesis is inhibited. Clinically, varying degrees of anemia, bleeding, infectious fever, and enlargement of liver, spleen, lymph nodes and skeletal pain are seen. The incidence of leukemia is reported to be the sixth highest among various tumors in various regions of China.
