The right orbital pain and the pain on the right side of the head are considered to be cluster headaches, which are the more severe of all headaches. Cluster headache is one of the vascular headaches, which often occurs without aura, usually with headache fixed in one eye and around the orbital area, with intense attacks, usually with swelling and pain around one eye and orbital area, and pressure. After a few minutes, the headache develops into a severe swelling or drilling pain, which may be accompanied by conjunctival congestion, tearing, sweating, and vomiting on one side. Patients are very painful. Treatment can be done with pentraxin blockers and ergotamine preparations, and for vomiting, antiemetic treatment can be chosen.
