The effect of Yashida antihypertensive drug

The chemical name of Yashida is perindopril tert-butylamine, which belongs to angiotensin I, i.e. ACEI class of antihypertensive drugs, and its effects are mainly as follows: 1. For the treatment of hypertension, it can be used alone or in combination with other types of antihypertensive drugs. 2. For the treatment of congestive heart failure, it can be used in combination with diuretics, digitalis and beta-blockers to reduce the anterior and posterior loads on the patient’s heart, increase myocardial contractility and keep blood pressure in a reasonable range, and also inhibits myocardial remodeling. The main side effects of Yashida are neuroedema and dry cough. People for whom this drug is contraindicated include patients with hyperkalemia, patients with renal artery stenosis, pregnant women, and women who are breastfeeding. Yashida must be taken early in the morning on an empty stomach to prevent degradation by other foods and thus loss of efficacy. The clinical starting dose of this drug is 2 mg, which is increased to 4 mg after 2 weeks of administration based on observation of patient tolerance, and the maximum dose should not exceed 8 mg, and the dose of the drug should be adjusted according to blood pressure control.
