What exercises to do for frozen shoulder

Patients with frozen shoulder can do appropriate exercises during the recovery period to restore the range of motion of the shoulder joint. The following are some of the exercises for the shoulder joint: First, wall climbing exercise, the patient stands facing the wall and slowly climbs upward along the wall with the affected fingers, making the upper limb as high as possible to the maximum, repeatedly, gradually increasing the height. Second, hair combing exercise, with the affected side of the hand to do the action of combing hair, exercise several times a day. Third, hand shaking movement, the patient’s back against the wall, the upper arm flexed close to the chest wall, using the elbow as a fulcrum for external rotation activities. Fourth, arm spreading action, the upper limbs naturally hang down, arms straight, palms down slowly abducted, raised upward to the maximum stop 10 seconds, and then return to the original position, repeatedly perform the above actions.
