In the recent clinic, we saw several mothers who were breastfeeding for a few months to one year after giving birth, all of them had a partial diet before, and they still did not change after giving birth, rarely eating meat and not drinking milk, and recently developed hair loss. They complained of hair loss in large quantities, some of them could only cut their long hair into short hair, and they had weakness and wasting. I gave them a detailed examination and laboratory tests and summarized the nutrient deficiencies: iron, zinc and protein deficiencies were the main ones. I told them to go home and change their partial eating habits, drink 2 bags of pure milk and 3 taels of red meat, fish and shrimp daily, and give high doses of nutrients.
