The patient is a 43-year-old female with a right renal malformation tumor of approximately 9 x 4 cm. On review of the film, 3 branches of the renal artery were seen, and the tumor was adjacent to the renal artery and ureter. The right renal hilar site malformation tumor, adjacent to the inferior pole artery of the renal artery.1 The surgical procedure revealed the tumor, blocked artery 1 blocked artery 2 cut the tumor with cautious sutures to finish the wound, the renal artery, renal pelvis and the beginning of the ureter were visible. After the operation, the patient recovered well, and the morphology of the right kidney was satisfactory at the 3-month review CT. The blocking time was 25 minutes and the operation time was about 1.5 hours. The difficulty lies in freeing the tumor from the 3 arteries and suturing the trauma next to the artery.
