Proper sweating can get rid of the accumulated cold or dampness in the body. Proper exercise, or eating warm foods such as white onion, ginger and chili can help with sweating.
However, it is important to note that too much sweating will deplete the body’s yin fluid, causing symptoms such as thirst, dizziness, nausea and vomiting.
