Thyroid nodule category 3 is the classification of thyroid nodules under ultrasound. According to the TI-RADS classification, thyroid nodules are categorized into 6 categories, and there is a higher probability that a thyroid nodule categorized as category 3 or below is a benign nodule. Thyroid nodule category 3 is generally sufficient for regular review if the nodule is relatively small and there are no obvious symptoms such as dyspnea, dysphagia, or hoarseness. If the nodule develops the symptoms mentioned above, surgery may need to be considered. Thyroid nodule 3 patients should maintain a regular daily routine, avoid staying up late, maintain a pleasant and stable mood, and avoid negative emotions such as over-excitement and depression. If patients experience any other physical discomfort, they should go to the hospital in time to avoid any adverse effects.
