Slightly strong echogenic mass in the liver is a description of ultrasonography, which is commonly found in intrahepatic bile duct stones, hemangioma, fatty liver, cirrhosis and other causes. 1. Intrahepatic bile duct stones: when there are stones in the intrahepatic bile ducts, a slightly strong echogenic mass can be detected by ultrasonography, which is usually accompanied by acoustic shadows. 2. Hemangioma: A hemangioma in the liver can be detected by ultrasonography as a slightly strong echogenic mass, surrounded by blood flow signals and without acoustic shadows. 3. Fatty liver: When there is uneven fatty liver, a slightly strong echogenic mass can be detected on ultrasonography, which is usually irregular in shape and without abnormal blood flow signal. 4. Cirrhosis: patients with cirrhosis can have nodular slightly strong echogenic masses on ultrasonography, which are often accompanied by thickening of liver echoes, irregular shape and abnormal liver function. Ultrasonography found slightly strong echogenic masses in the liver, it is recommended to do further examination to confirm the diagnosis and treatment, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
