What is the best PH level for drinking water

According to the national standard for drinking water in China, the pH value of drinking water (generally referred to as the hydrogen ion concentration index) is between 6.5 and 8.5, and there is no optimal pH value.
China’s drinking water pH value standard for 6.5 to 8.5. drinking water pH value in the normal range of circumstances are OK, there is no optimal pH value.
The normal pH value of human body fluids is between 7.35-7.45, although the body is constantly producing and ingesting acidic and alkaline substances, but the pH value of body fluids does not change significantly. This is because, on the one hand, the body fluids are a buffer system and the pH is less affected by external influences; on the other hand, the regulating effects of the lungs and kidneys mitigate significant changes in pH.
There is no evidence that the pH value of water is related to health. China’s domestic drinking water indicators do have a pH value, the range is 6.5-8.5.
