Intravenous pharmacological thrombolysis is a drug treatment method, during which patients generally have no obvious conscious symptoms, and the discomfort of chest pain can be relieved if the infarct-related vessels are opened timely and effectively through the treatment. The contraindications to pharmacological thrombolysis are mainly divided into absolute and relative contraindications, and the absolute contraindications include combined aortic coarctation, uncontrolled severe hypertension and so on. Relative contraindications include recent cardiopulmonary resuscitation of more than 10 minutes, history of trauma or puncture operation, and active ulcers.
