The systemic manifestations that appear after a fracture are the following: 1. abnormal mental state such as anxiety, nervousness, or even irritability due to pain. 2. a state of hypothermia, usually dominated by absorption of heat, are multiple fractures that lead to a stressful reaction of the body. 3. a state of shock, for example, after a fracture can lead to hemorrhagic shock, painful shock, or traumatic shock, which can be manifested by having a pale face, 4. Fat embolism may occur, most commonly fractures of the pelvis and lower limbs, which may lead to serious complications such as pulmonary embolism, cerebral embolism, or even acute myocardial infarction.
