Ground glass nodules generally refer to lung ground glass nodules. Lung ground glass nodule three years no change is not necessarily lung cancer. It is suggested that patients can go to the hospital for consultation and make treatment plan under the guidance of doctors. Lung ground glass nodules can be divided into partially solid nodules and pure ground glass nodules. The risk of lung cancer will be higher in partially solid nodules. However, the fact that there is no change in the ground-glass nodules after three years of ct examination does not necessarily mean that they are lung cancer, but since the ground-glass nodules themselves are slow-growing, the risk of lung cancer cannot be ruled out. If some solid nodules are found to be unchanged after three years of follow-up, the diameter of the solid component of the nodule can be measured, and if the diameter is larger than 5mm, biopsy or surgery can be performed. If pure ground glass nodules are found to be unchanged after 3 years of follow-up, it is recommended to continue to perform thin layer chest ct for review, and if the ground glass nodules remain unchanged, they can be followed up periodically.
