If the patient is on the line at a fixed time every day, the patient may have difficulty falling back to sleep. It may be due to the existence of bad habits, for example, at 3 or 4 o’clock, because the child wakes up because of taking the child, and such a biological clock may exist. Cognitive-behavioral treatment for sleep can be performed, and for such patients who wake up early or easily, sleep improvement medications can be applied. Patients who wake up at 3 or 4 o’clock and have difficulty falling back to sleep can be treated with drugs that prolong sleep time, such as drugs with a longer half-life, to improve the quality of sleep.
