CMF capsules are clomiphene citrate capsules, which is an ovulation-promoting drug. It can be taken to help ovulation in women who have ovarian insufficiency or who are unable to ovulate normally after the follicles have developed. In rare cases, women with ovarian inflammation or ovarian scarring, such as thick ovarian walls, will not ovulate even if they take the drug.
