How to control diabetes with diet and exercise

  Diet (i) Total calories: Calculate total calories according to standard weight.  (B) Carbohydrate (55~65%) can enter staple food (rice or noodles) 250~400g. (C) Protein (12~15%) 1g/kg・d, diabetic nephropathy should reduce protein intake, 0.8 g/kg・d (D) Fat (25~30%) 0.5~1g/kg・d, vegetable oil should be used mainly.  Exercise (a) pre-exercise blood sugar: if blood sugar ≤ 5.5mmol/L need to eat before exercise, such as blood sugar ≥ 14mmol/L, exercise should be suspended.  (B) exercise time selection: from the first bite of food, 1-2 hours after the meal exercise (C) exercise mode: such as jogging, brisk walking, tai chi, cycling, swimming, etc. (D) exercise duration: 30-60 minutes (E) exercise frequency: 5 times a week, ≥ 150 minutes / week (F) exercise intensity: perimeter fever, sweating but not sweating profusely.
