How to use antigen test paper test

Antigen test paper test currently refers to the new coronavirus antigen test kit, the use of which includes pre-use preparation, sampling, interpretation of results and waste disposal. 1. Preparation: Before using the new crown antigen test kit, you should clean your hands and nasal passages, and check whether the kit is within the validity period and whether it is damaged. 2. Sampling: Take out the sampling swab, be careful not to touch the tip, hold the swab with one hand, gently tilt the head, insert the front end of the swab into the nasal cavity for about 1~1.5cm, stick it to the nasal cavity and rotate it for about 5 times, and then repeat the above operation with the same swab on the other side of the nasal cavity. Put the swab into the prepared buffer and mix the collected sample well. 3. Interpretation of results: Close the cap of the test tube, drop the mixed buffer into the sample hole of the test card and read the result after 15 minutes. Double bands are positive or weakly positive, single band and no band are negative or invalid. 4. Waste Disposal: After the test, put the used items into an airtight bag and dispose of them as medical waste. Warm reminder: Once the antigen test result is positive, the patient should report to the epidemic prevention staff in time, regardless of whether he/she has fever, respiratory or olfactory symptoms.
