Early stage renal clear cell carcinoma should be treated mainly by surgery. The vast majority of renal cancers are renal clear cell carcinoma. Early-stage renal cancer mostly refers to confined renal cancer, i.e. T1-T2N0M0 stage renal cancer (stage I-II) in TNM staging. At this time, renal tumors are usually confined to kidneys without metastasis, and a better prognosis can be obtained after treatment. For limited renal cancer, it is usually treated by surgical resection. Some studies claim that the 5-year survival rate after surgery can usually reach more than 70%; however, if the tumor progresses, its prognosis is poorer, and a comprehensive treatment plan of surgery combined with targeted therapy/immunotherapy is mostly adopted, while the 5-year survival rate is about 50% after active treatment. In addition, early stage renal cancer needs to do regular review after surgery. Early stage renal clear cell carcinoma has the possibility of cure. After diagnosis, according to one’s own symptoms, one should be advised to cooperate with professional doctors to choose suitable surgical methods for treatment, and one should go to the hospital for regular checkups so as not to delay the condition.
