Which acupoint is the most effective for spleen deficiency massage

Spleen deficiency can be massaged at acupoints such as the middle epigastric point, Spleen Yu point, and Foot Sanli point, and there is no such thing as the most effective acupoint.
Middle Epigastric Point: Located in the upper abdomen, 4 inches above the middle of the umbilicus, on the anterior median line. It is used to treat stomach pain, abdominal distension, nausea (lack of appetite, reduced food intake), vomiting, acid swallowing (swallowing acid that rushes upward from the stomach to the oropharynx), hiccups (hiccups), and pediatric chancre (a chronic disease of children that manifests itself as emaciation, abnormal eating and drinking, abdominal distension, and sparse, withered hair, etc.), among others.
Spleen Yu point: located in the spine area, under the spinous process of the 11th thoracic vertebra, 1.5 inches away from the posterior midline. It is used for treating abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, blood in stool, edema, excessive food and hunger, emaciation, and back pain.
Foot Sanli Point: located on the lateral side of the lower leg, 3 inches below the calf’s nose, 1 transverse finger outside the anterior ridge of the tibia, on the line between the calf’s nose and Xiexi. It is used for treating stomachache, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, impotence and paralysis of the lower limbs (weakness, numbness and pain in the lower limbs), and carbuncle of the breasts (red, swollen and painful breasts, with poor discharge of milk, and eventual suppurative disease).
If there is any manifestation of spleen deficiency, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time. If acupuncture on the above points is needed, it needs to be operated by a specialized doctor.
