How strokes are caused

Stroke is a term used in Chinese medicine, and is usually mainly for cerebrovascular diseases in Western medicine, which include cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction, also known as ischemic cerebrovascular disease and hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease. For stroke the main cause is caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis, poor vascular elasticity, vascular occlusion or rupture. Stroke can also be seen clinically in some cerebral small vessel diseases, which are caused by lesions of small vessels, such as lacunar cerebral infarction. For stroke, it can also be seen clinically in autoimmune diseases that cause vasculitis, resulting in inflammatory stimulation of the blood vessels, which can lead to occlusion or bleeding. In some clinical cases, stroke is caused by heart diseases, such as atrial fibrillation or heart valve disease, which leads to the formation of appendicular thrombus, and as the embolus is dislodged, it enters the cerebral vasculature with the blood flow, which in turn causes cerebrovascular occlusion and the patient develops a series of neurological deficit symptoms of stroke.
