(2) Chronic bacterial prostatitis: according to the results of bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test, choose sensitive antibacterial drugs to control inflammation. Commonly used antibacterial drugs include levofloxacin, azithromycin and so on. Those with painful urination and difficulty urinating can be appropriately treated with drugs such as tamsulosin and doxazosin.
