What to do if you get stung by a bee

Different methods are used for different cases of bee stings, and there are the following treatment methods 1. Tense the proximal end of the stung limb, relax for 1 minute every 15 minutes, and the total time of tensing should not exceed 2 hours. 2. Pull out the poisonous spines, first check whether there is any poisonous spines lodged in the skin, and then pull out the spines carefully after finding them. The method is to use adhesive tape to stick and then uncovered or use tweezers to pull out the thorns. If the venomous stinger is still attached to the venomous gland capsule, it should not be removed with tweezers, so as not to aggravate the reaction by squeezing in the venom, and the stinger and the venomous gland capsule can be removed with the tip of a sharp needle or a knife. 3. Neutralize the venom, the venom of bees is mostly acidic, you can use soapy water or 5%-10% sodium bicarbonate solution to wash the wound; the venom of wasps is alkaline, you can use boric acid powder or vinegar to wash and compress the affected area to reduce the local symptoms. 4. Local redness and swelling can be externally applied with glycerite lotion to dissipate the inflammation; if the redness and swelling are serious with blisters and oozing, 3% boric acid solution can be used to apply wet compresses; if the pain is serious, pain relievers can be used as appropriate. Stung extremities should reduce activities, local ice packs placed on cold compresses to reduce the absorption of toxins. 5. If anaphylaxis occurs, keep the airway open when notifying the emergency center or on the way to the hospital. Be calm after the injury, get to the emergency department of the hospital in a timely manner and take the right way to treat the injury.
