Whiteheads are also known as closed pimples, yellow sebaceous keratosis pilaris, a type of acne, and can be eliminated through general treatment, topical medications, and complementary therapies.
1. General treatment: Regular work and rest, avoid staying up late, choose water or suitable cleansing products, pay attention to oil control and moisturizing, and use mild moisturizing milk. Avoid squeezing and scratching the lesions with hands. Limit the intake of high glycemic index foods and milk, which may trigger or aggravate acne, and keep the bowels unclogged.
2. Topical medication: Adapalene and other retinoids can be used externally, and benzoyl peroxide and azelaic acid can also be used externally to dissolve acne.
