What are the most obvious signs of tachyphylaxis?

Acromegaly refers to a person with acromegaly. Also known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, tardive dyskinesia is often asymptomatic, with the most noticeable early symptom being inflexible finger movements and reduced strength.
The most prominent clinical feature of the disease is damage to both upper and lower motor neurons, and the patient is mainly characterized by weakness in limb movement, accompanied by muscle atrophy, most commonly in the upper limbs. At the same time, it is often accompanied by muscle tremors. With the progression of the disease, patients may develop spastic paralysis of the lower limbs, increased muscle tone in the feet, hyperreflexia of the tendons, and a positive Babinski’s sign.
In advanced stages, medullary palsy may develop, and patients may present with slurred speech, dysphagia, and difficulty chewing.
There is no effective treatment for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Riluzole has the potential to prolong the survival of patients, but is not helpful in improving their symptoms. It is recommended that patients seek timely medical attention and treatment under the guidance of a physician.
